Happy birthday Mamie! (August 2012)

It was mamie's birthday! Mommy went crazy over the lemon cake aunt Stephanie gave mamie!

We swam all day! Papie and Gabriel had fun together!

Gabriel is now able to swim a bit on his own. We was not willing to show anyone on that day!

Jackson had a lot of fun in the water as well!

Gabriel is asking is it my birthday next? No it's tante Caro's!

Summer Camp Kidzone en fête ( August 2012)

I went for a whole two weeks to my first summer camp! It was so much fun! on the last day there was a big party! I chose to have a goalie mask for the face painting activity. You'll see why later!

My friend Chloe chose stars, for a good reason as well!

Biscotte, was my day camp leader!  She was so tall and so nice! I loved her so much. I cried when I had to say goodbye to her!

Here are my friends and I already forgot their names!

I had fun jumping on the inflatable castles rented for the day!

I really got along well with Chloe.

It's practice time, the show will be on in a few minutes.

How do you like my costume for the fashion show? The Habs are the Champions! This is why I wanted a goalie mask painted on my face!

Chloe sang Twinkle twinkle little star!

Tante Caro and mommy were one of the few parents coming to see us perform!

Our camp leader Litchi took some very nice pictures of us all day long! It's too bad that my friend Miguel (I called him Logan for most of the two weeks I was there) was not there on the last day. I cried so much when he left the camp. I had to say goodbye to my first crush... I now hope he goes to the same school I do. This is where the camp was, at my school! I am really prepared to go to school now!

I love playing with Jackson and Cheech! (Aug. 2012)

One of my favourite thing to do is to see my cousin Jackson to play with him! He is a riot! He is loud,  fun and wild!

He is almost two years old now and he's got fire!

 Look at him splashing me in Papie's hot tub!

 Now look at his sad faker face as his gets sprayed back!  Priceless!

He is lucky I did not spit in his face! Yes, that is one of Gabriel's favourite game!

I enjoyed the lower back rub with the jets!

Cheech is the best ball player I have ever met! He goes crazy for that big ball! He chases it around without letting anyone of us get near it!

Jackson and I had fun with the sprinkler!

Jackson does not mind cold water one bit...

Gabriel does mind very much, he chose to stay in the hot tub for a few hours that day!

I went to see him a few times. I even made myself a beard with the foam! Mommy thought it was gross...

Gabriel prefers the pampering in the hot tub.

Jackson stayed in the sprinkler as long as Gabriel was in the hot tub. I hurt my foot while jumping over the contraption and I decided to hang with Gabriel.

I love Cheech so much. I like to pet him and he likes it back.

He is annoying most of time, he bites, but I still love him!

Christmas in August! (Aug. 19th, 2012)

Is Gabriel looking forward to Christmas and gifts or what? I say YES!

Charlotte and I had a long chat with Santa. He is the coolest guy you know. Gabriel calls him fondly HOHOHO! You'll get the nice picture daddy took of us with Santa for your Christmas wishes you know!

Mommy prefers goats and Gabriel liked the sheep or Bêêêê as he refers to them! Yes, he can say their names both in French and English but it is a lot more fun to make their sound, right?

Gabriel and daddy looked long and hard for turtles in the pond, but without any luck! They saw some nice couin couin though! Yes, the animals don't make the same sounds in French and in English, it's fascinating!

Charlotte thought for a second that this cow was real! She had a good time with us on that beautiful August day.

Santa's village is one of the best place on Earth if you ask me!

Charlotte almost fell come out of this game. All the contraptions are made for little kids in this place, not for teens!

This merry-go-round is still one of our favourite game! Go see last's year blog if you don't believe me!

Sliding is fun too!

It was so cool, Gabriel was pretty much able to go on all the games this year!

We loved playing in the ball pitt!

Gabriel even tried the tarzan rope!

Charlotte spent a good 30 minutes going in circle using this bike! She could not feel her legs by the end!

In the meantime, Gabriel were jumping!

and building!

Finally, Charlotte stopped pedalling and we went on a mini-train ride!

That was fun too! Gabriel calls them choo choo!

We all got the see the magician afterwards.

Gabriel could not take the sun, the heat and everything else by that point! He wanted to sleep in the car!

So I gave Ungava and the magician Jessy James a hug and we left early. I hope by next year Gabriel is done napping!
