Gabriel the Explorer (End of May 2011)


Look at me, I just hit my head on a big piece of metal... Trains are heavy and resistant! Yes, we went to the train museum again!

It has been a really rainy spring... thank godness for places like the train museum! Gabriel got to run around and explore!

Gabriel is an explorer and so curious about everything he finds on his path... even a light!

He runs so fast and he never stops.


He got to chase dragons with daddy...

You can see there he was thinking where shall I go next?

Up the stairs...
Down under the safety chain...

Or aboard that huge locomotive?

Daddy was really good at keeping up with him.

Look at him... you can see he is full of energy.

He likes to be free to roam about.

I got to run too!

Wow we had to slow down to go down the stairs! That was the only time! No wonder mommy and daddy are exhausted!

The Great Challenges (Mid-May 2011)

We all face small and big challenges everyday...

One challenge is to guess who does Gabriel look like!!!

This is mommy when she was just under 2! Gabriel looks more like her than daddy does!


Mommy's SUPERHRO to the rescue!

He is flying to save the day!!! The challenge here is stop him before he gets to the street. He runs so fast! It's a good thing we don't live on a busy street.

Mommy has a huge photographic challenge, to get a picture of the two of us together! Gabriel moves at the speed of light... except when he is stopping a few minutes to watch TÉLÉ!


I look terrible but he looks good on this picture! Mommy will have to continue practicing!


Daddy took mommy's challenge to get a picture of the two of us together... very cute but mommy wants smizzing on our part!



This is smizzing! I burning up the screen with my look!

Gorgeous eyes Gabriel but you are not smizzing! Your lip is swelling though! That was my fault... I stopped to pull my brother in the cart and restarted suddendly. Gabriel fell forward and bit his own lip pretty hard.


I enjoy taking acre of my baby dolls. I have Daisy and Davie. I bathe and wash Daisy and I dress them up and take them everywhere with me.

Gabriel likes to make out and kiss them! Gabriel is becoming quite a good kisser when he feels like it!

The challenge is to buckle up.


I helped him and voilà!



We had so much fun at Natalie and Paul's house!



We got to meet baby Mia and play with Brandon.

Gabriel was all over Paul and beating him up with a big ball!


Mommy was trying to get the three of us in the same picture. Watch the video instead! This time aroung Maya is beating a defenseless Paul Karwatsky!

What we truly love (early May 2011)


Would you like to know us better?

I like to nap in front of the television on the weekend, but I nap well at daycare!

Gabriel naps well both at daycare and at home... if we let him sleep (Mommy does but not Annie) he might nap for over three hours! What a way of spoiling the afternoon.

I am an excellent Wii Sport player. I excel at tennis, bowling and boxing!
Gabriel pretends he is playing as he waves the remote around!

Daddy does all kind of inappropriate games with Gabriel...

No wonder Gabriel is so difficult sometimes!

It's all daddy's fault! Mommy calls him YOUR SON!


If I could, I would see Tante Caro everyday! Actually, I would want her to live with us and bring Shadow along with her.


If I could I would marry my brother! For real I say that sometimes because I really love him in spite of it all!

If I could, I would go to school in September and Mommy would be my teacher!


Finally if I could, I would go out every night to go dancing and break dancing with my friends and everyone would look at me!
