Let's get wet (June 2011)

Hot or not, let's play in the water and get wet we both say!

This is mommy's favorite picture of handsome Gabriel!

My brother walks like a princess... I guess this is his way of keeping his balance for now!
I got to swim with tante Caro. I showed her my underwater skills.

Mommy did what she could after spending the day sleeping. She has a bad neck kink that is not going away on its own...

Gabriel is a cold water fish! Grand-maman isn't! What length would grand-maman go for her daughters and grand-children? Very far... she keeps on giving and giving.

Did I tell you I love swimming!

Tante Caro too! Mommy really likes her Fujifilm camera that goes underwater and that is unbreakable.
At the Aquadôme (mid-June 2011)

Mommy and I went to the Aquadôme by a rainy afternoon while Gabriel and Daddy were sleeping...
I jumped...

That's a few instants later underwater!

I hung on...
and moved all the way around the pool edge this way!

I waited and slid down the little slides for the first time!

I swam underwater...

and under the mushroom. When are we going again?

Our friends from daycare (June 2011)

Gabriel and I go to wonderful family daycare located beside a small dairy farm! It's in a huge stone house built by farmers in 1840! It's so beautiful.

We made great friends there.

Mathis is Gabriel's age and twice his size! He is full of energy and he means trouble while keeping a big smile on!

Look at him squeezing in the tub like the older kids!

Here is Zachary, a sweatheart.

The new girl, Sophianne. The youngest one.

Soon I will be the oldest as Ève is going to kindergarten and Camille is no longuer going to attend daycare as her mom will stay at home and be very busy with four children of her own! Two new babies will come and I will be the oldest by a full two years until it's my turn to go to school!
Happy Father's Day Papa! (June 2011)

Gabriel and I are very fortunate to have an amazing dad! He goes in the cold water to please us (he particularly hates cold water and the pool). He will stay in it as along as we want. He'll even dive under water to go fetch things that sink for us!

Daddy will take a quick shower with a screaming baby just to be able to cuddle.

Daddy will always skip supper in order to spend as much time as possible with us before we go to bed.

Meat Head

Daddy calls Gabriel Meat Head... I am not sure what it means...

So I asked mommy... Well she said that a meat head is someone that lifts weights and has a very muscular body with a smaller brain and is not so smart.

I'm confused... I don't get how it applies to my baby brother. He is actually more of a dainty baby according to my mom. I don't know what dainty means! This is frustrating. My parents have different opinions about my Gabriel.

He is a gorgeous toddler who gets angry very fast if he doesn't get his way. He likes soft fabric such as his blankets and stuffed animals. He loves playing with water, any kind of balls, dart guns and the little kitchen. He still wakes up at night and his favorite food is mommy's milk. When he gets hurt he doesn't cry but if I try to grab something from his hands he'll scream with a high pitch sound until I give it back. He still naps in the afternoon for a good 3 hours! He likes chasing cats in the street. Gabriel doesn't say to many words yet but he still uses baby signs. He is very funny and smart so I don't know if I would say he is a dainty meat head?
He-Man vs She-Man

He-Man and I share a certain resemblance!

I found my mom's old kickboxing gloves!

Who knew how much fun we could have with a pair of gloves!

That's my vilain face.
The gloves were still interesting the next day.

I have n ot used them since...

Allaite-Poussette (2nd edition 2011)

As you can see, Tante Caro was there once again to help us! I love my face painting! I am the cutiest little dog girl!

Even Gabriel enjoyed running with his aunt.

Our favorite spot at the Parc de la Promenade is the spot near the water...

We both enjoyed throwing pebbles and sticks in the Saint-Lawrence River.

I was ready to run but I ended up being pushed by my mother...
Last playdate with Kiran in Montreal... (May 2011)

Kiran and his family went back to BC... We are so sad because they are really part of our family. We got to babysit Kiran for a whole 24 hours before he took the plane back home.

Yes, we once again went to the train museum. We got to visit the outdoor exhibits as summer is knocking on our doors.

Mommy had to supervise the three of us alone! We behaved for once!

It's a miracle Gabriel and I could be photographed together!

We were fascinated and mesmorized by the tramway operator!

Kiran got to play High Five with Uncle Jay Jay as he calls him!

We played music in the bathtub together.

I wonder when we will go to Vancouver... We have been here for three full years now!

We slept in the same room and I can say that Kiran is a chatter box, just like I am!

We fed the dinosaur at the park.

We hope to see you soon Kiran, Cole, Carmen and Nilesh. We love you so much and we will miss you.
