The 2011 Holidays


I started the Holidays with seeing a play about the three little pigs at Christmas at the public library. Mommy disappeared for most of it but I did not notice it! I found her chit-chatting with some friends outside in the hallway! This time around we left Gabriel with grand-maman!


We invited Sofia and Darcy over to celebrate Christmas a tad early! It is always fun to play with the girls! I got to wear my Christmas outfit for the first time! You'll see it on a lot of pictures!


Mom and I went sliding. We went a bit early as it was the first snow of the year. Yes, the day before Christmas we got a little bit of snow and got a white Christmas!
It was rough sliding on so little snow! We got hurt a few times and even damaged one of the sleigh with rocks that got lodged in it! It was still fun! Again, Gabriel stayed home with daddy!


We celebrated Christmas Eve with grand-maman and grand-papa.


We had fun blowing out the candle on the Christmas log we decorated.



Gabriel enjoyed eating it!


We also had fun playing with mommy, daddy and Shadow.


Gabriel was so tired, we left early to go visit Julie's family for a few minutes before getting the fireplace ready for Santa's visit!


We invited Charlotte for a sleepover! I love my cousin so much! Gabriel kept on calling her Charlot! That was so cute!


We went skating with mommy and left Gabriel once again with grand-maman! I also left Gabriel behind with mommy to go see the Alvin and the Chipmunks movie with Charlotte and her parents! All of us even went to a restaurant at the end of the day!

We spent Christmas with Mamie and Papie.


Mommy played a lot with Jackson and she had a blast and so did Jackson!


I cannot wait for aunt Stephanie and uncle Chris to have another kid one day (no she is not pregnant nor planning to be soon she just got back to work). I want tante Caro and oncle Marc-André to give me a cousin too (no she is not pregnant nor planning to be soon she is focussing on work and renos).


We got so many gifts! I liked them all! Thank you everyone!

Gabriel says merci too!


We both got our first real animal. No unfortunately not a real dog. We got beta fish.


I named my fish Simon (for Simon Seville in Alvin and The Chipmunks) and he or she is fiery red.


Gabriel named his turquoise fish simply poisson! Yes daddy gave us the aquarium too and we got to pick the fish we wanted too!


I got to play on the computer with Charlotte! We both love Club Pinguin!

No snow yet! (December 13th, 2011)

We are playing indoors as we are waiting anxiously for snow on Montreal! Can you find me and my daddy? Mommy is still sick. I feel so bad for her. She now has an ear infection and a sinus infection. She spends her free time and the medical clinic. Her antibiotics are not working as it seems. Thank goodness daddy and a lot of people are there to help. (She probably should stay out of the water until she is healed)

It's hard for mommy to stop and rest. She likes doing fun activities with us and her friends.


Tante Caro has been helping out with Marc-André.


I spent the afternoon there and we even got to eat roasted marshmallows!


They took care of Gabriel while mommy was holding Tristan.

Well Geneviève was holding Tristan a lot more since this baby is thirsty. He is a giant 4 month-old baby wearing size 2 clothes!

Julie was in top shape as you can see!

I played with Maribel all evening long. Mommy was a happy camper!

Talking about happy campers, Gabriel was certainly one! He took so many pictures of himself as he was walking with the camera.


Christine has been helping out too! We went for a short visit to play with her bunny, Patch.

Gabriel prefers his own pink bunny blankie, Goung Goung.

Christine and Pierre kept me for the afternoon! I sang, I threw a stick countless times at Skippy, I went to the stable to see Honda, I stopped at the candy store and I got a drink at MacDonald all within a few hours in their company!

My two neighbours help out too because they keep me busy playing outside while mommy can focus on Gabriel or on making supper!


Julien and I play a lot together. Julien has a special bond with Gabriel.


I love Max. He is so cool. I named all my stuffed dogs Max. That is the greatest honor in my books.

It is always a busy time before the Holidays to see our friends before they are too busy celebrating with their family.


We invited Angie and Johanne over at our house. Alex slept the whole time, again! Mommy said we were never like this Gabriel and I!

Sofia had a great time except when Shadow was around!

Darcy played more with our train set than we ever did!

I chose to wear my special Christmas bedazzle outfit for their visit. I have matching glam sneakers too! I like to make mommy happy and I know that she likes it when I wear my nice clothes that are a touch more feminine than my regular clothes!

Of course grand-maman and grand-papa as well as Mamie and Papie help out, but mommy often forgets to take pictures of us when we are there. Why is it the case mommy? We hope you feel better before the Holidays mommy.

End of November (Nov 30 2011)

Here is a special request for tante Caro! She wants more blog entries!

Gabriel has new Spiderman glowing sneakers! He truly loves them. He wears a size 8 now and I don't know if the shoes give him Spiderman's powers! My brother has the power to scream at such a high pitch it can make your ears bleed! He is a screamer and a spitter if you did not know this about him!

I am a crier... I cry easily just like my mom used to at my age (until people teased her so much at school she decided to not show her emotions for a while).


We are also runners in our family!

Gabriel and Antoine enjoyed playing in the tunnel with Jay and Marc-André.

We went skating at a special skating ring inside a huge building dowtown Montreal!

I got to try my new skates. Mommy broke a strap right away! It was more difficult to skate with boy's skates than girl's skates. Gabriel tried but could not do it and he did not want to do it! He wanted to go up and down the escalator instead! Daddy and him did that for an hour!

Let's play outside (early-Nov 2011)


This fall has been so wonderfully warm! We are still playing outside without having to worry about the winter coat, boots, mittains, hat, scarf, etc...



We try to go outside as much as possible.

When we are indoors, we alsways ask daddy to play Super Mario Galaxy!

Daddy is amazing at it even if he hates it! It is such a difficult video game. daddy wishes we would prefer to watch him play Madden NFL game!

We are watching the Inspector Gadget movies lately. Our parents are having a break from Alvin and the Chipmunks and Toy Story!
