Jackson is here and he is perfect! (Oct 17, 2010)

Yes, Jackson is finally here. I can't believe how long babies they stay in their mother's tummy! I was getting very impatient! As you can clearly see, Jackson is perfect! He is a beautiful healthy baby that sleeps well so far (he is a day old!) and is very alert and looking everywhere.


Mommy Stephanie and daddy Chris are so happy and doing extremely well. Stephanie was super generous and let us all hold the baby. I did not discuss the birth with aunt Stephanie but I gathered that it was a long day before Jackson decided to arrive. He chose football Sunday, October 17 a few minutes past midnight. Jackson brought luck into the football world, the 49ers won!

Mamie Sylvianne is over the moon with the birth of her third grand-child. Jackson lives 5 minutes away, so mamie will be over at their house a lot.


I am very happy to be the old cousin now! Look at Jackson's hat floating on his big head! He weighed a good 8 pounds at birth.


Mommy is so happy to be an aunt. She will spoil that child!

Gabriel was not too jealous, he was willing to let mommy love and jold Jackson, but not daddy!


It's incredible that a year later, that's what a baby looks like! Gabriel is just over a year older than Jackson.

Gabriel explored the room, or shall we say sauna. The room was so hot.

Look how cute Chris and Jackson are... Jackson's got a good daddy.

Gabriel got to interact more with Jackson than I did. I was shy and I don't know why!

It looks like Gabriel was ready to puke over Jackson to feed him!

Magda is a very special aunt in Jackson's life. She was the first guest with Jay to meet Jackson after his birth!

Thanksgiving 2010

Once again Mamie and Papie outdid themselves! The food was delicious and the company was great. You can thank Papie for taking all this pictures. Mommy had her hands full with crabby baby Gabriel. He cried 90% of the time he was awake! It might have scared tante Stephanie and oncle Chris! But no matter what, next year, there will be one more kid in this picture!

Jackson will be with us to celebrate Thanksgiving! Stephanie is predicting and praying for him to arrive next Friday, October 15! Mommy is predicting November 1st! The bets are on!

We played outside in the inflatable castle probably for the last time this year... but you never know with mommy!

I danced with Chloé that was not digging it!

I spent the whole day with my cousin Ryan. We watched Shrek while eating Freezies!

Everyone was so happy and in-tune with the great weather!

We celebrate Thanksgiving every year with Sandy and Eric and it's a great tradition!


Mommy and daddy can't wait for us to be older! They might look like Eric and Sandy enjoying their day together!

Gabriel did not cry once in the hot tub! We were having a great time! Can't you tell?

We went to the park the morning before the celebration.

Gabriel got to go down the slide by himself.

Before he got hurt a few minutes later. HE had a bloody nose and lip after mommy dropped in on his face while trying to put him at the top of the slide. That did not help with the crying bouts!


We went apple picking the day before with Charlotte. It was fun, I even got to ride a big poney in the woods (instead of in a circle!).

Gabriel cried and finally fell asleep as mommy was ready to leave and put him in his car seat!


We also went to Lachute to celebrate Darcy's second birthday. Mommy planned a nice picnic at the park, but she is the only one that ate it! I was too busy playing and Gabriel was too busy crying! Mommy could not take any pictures with a screaming baby in her arms.

Two playdates in one week (Early !

Stephanie's Baby Shower (early october 2010)

We had a great time at Stephanie's baby shower last weekend. Everything was perfect thanks to Sylvianne, Magda, Carole, Caroline and mommy Mélissa. At least that's what I heard because I was not allowed to come. Even my tears did not manage to make my mom change her mind.
I heard later that Stephanie would have loved it if I would have been present by the way... I have not seen my aunt in so long, I cannot wait to see her big belly.

I am jealous because baby Sienna was there. Caroline left her oldest boy Jonah for a few days in New York with his dad to be able to be there for Stephanie.

All of Stephanie's friends came and gave her a mountain of present.

Mommy was really happy to get involve with the baby shower since it will be the first time she's an aunt! She can't wait to meet baby Jackson.

Breastfeeding challenge 2010

Yes, mommy is still breastfeeding Gabriel! No surprise there if you know mommy and Gabriel. He loves mommy's milk more than anything else in the world!


Mom tells me I did too!Mommy won a prize, something she never does! She won a baby carrier. Thank goodness Gabriel is not so heavy for his age!

He weighs less than 10 kg still! It must be because he is always moving!
