L'Allaite-Poussette 2010 (5 juin 2010)

Wow!

Run Maya run (early June 2010)

I caught the running fever like my mama!

I love running and I try to do it everyday.

Mommy is starting to be in better shape! Look at her she is looking good!

Tante Caro ran with Charlotte. They managed to do the whole race without walking!

It was Charlotte last race for her school! She is going to high school next year! We promised her we would run with her if she participated in other races.

My uncle Jean took all these pictures. This one is pretty incredible. You can see that I had a lot of fun. I was not able to run the whole 1.5 km... I managed to run for 250 m. I will do better next time.

Poor mommy, it was tough to push my 40 lbs body in the stroller on grass! The 1.5 km felt like 20 km! She did well, we did not finish last even in we started at the end of the pack!

We were invited to Charlotte birthday party. It was fun. I don't get to go to restaurants too often with my food allergies!

Gabriel is really starting to enjoy eating. He is 8 months now and he can go up a complete set of stairs by himself! My parents had to rush to go buy baby gates. Gabriel is always on the go, he never stops moving. It's getting nearly impossible to change his diaper. He blabs and smiles a lot. He adores dogs, especially Mika, the dog at daycare. He is chasing her all day and she loves it!

Heat Wave (End of May 2010)

It's been hot and busy! We have never been sweating so much before June! Reaching 40 degrees with humidex.
Daddy is back from Philadelphia (sorry for the Habs fans), we are very happy.

It has been so hot that we have been able to play in the water at daycare. Here is a nice picture of Annabelle, Emily and my best friend Alexis.

My brother loves daycare as well. Look at that smile on that baby! Éloïse enjoys babysitting Gabriel.

Gabriel is so photogenic. Nice picture mommy, you're good.

It was Maribel's 3rd birthday. It was fun. We jumped in her inflatable castle before lunch and played with all her wonderful toys.

Am I high maintenance? What does it mean?

I am a tom boy not a princess, so maybe not...

Maribel is a princess, is she high maintenance?

This little boy is high maintenance, still waking up 2 or 3 times a night and wanting to be held all the times by daddy.

Gabriel is disgusting... we were both sick with a cold, Gabriel had a fever for a few days and mommy kept him at home for a whole week.

The only day of the week we went to daycare... mommy and daddy went to visit Aurelia and

Matthew, hew brand new baby brother. He is adorable and sleeping! What is up with that!

We enjoy going to the park a few times a week...

even at 8:00 am on Saturday! I like pushing Gabriel on the swing.

I am not too crazy about cold water...

I still like going on the baby swing, I like pretending I am a baby sometimes...

Annoying you think!!!

Gabriel is lovely but sometimes really annoying!

Pinata Party (May 15th, 2010)

I must have the best mom in the world... she organized a party for my little friends from daycare so that they could see my house, my room, my backyard, my toys. I talk a lot and by a lot I mean all the time! My friends could finally see for themselves everything I kept on mentioning in my conversations.

We called it a welcome summer party and of course it rained! Mommy did not plan much, she wanted us just to play and have fun. We made a Spiderman pinata.

It was really hard to break it, even if it was home-made. Mommy helped us a bit and then Alexis, my best friend and the oldest one from our gang, managed to crack the pinata open.

By the end we were so tired we all snuggled in my sleeping bag. It was a little to cozy and tight for Annabelle and I!

Eve is the only one of my friend that will not be going to kindergarten in September. We have less in common for now... she is girly and loves princesses.

My best friend at daycare in a few months might be my own brother. He will be the only boy for a while I think! He is getting so big, he is almost 8 months old and he can crawl and sit back up as well as lift himself up on low tables.

Daddy keeps on following the Habs. He is going to Philadelphia for one more round. We miss him so much but we have to say he's got a good job.

Mammie took good care of me while mommy went to a breastfeeding conference in Drummondville. I got to be a gardener for two days. I loved it. I also liked spending time with Chloé and tante Stephanie.

Grand-maman took care of Gabriel and he is starting to really enjoy playing with cars. I love playing with cars too.

I really enjoyed spending an evening with Julie's youngest cousins, Antoine and Amelie.

We went to the park with these 7 year old twins. Amelie loves talking just as much as I do, we really got along!

We are getting to know Julie, mommy's best friend for the last 22 years! Gabriel thinks she is the funniest person in the world. He is not intimidated by her at all (I am sometimes and so is mommy).

Gabriel has a doctor routine appointment. He is super healthy! No more vomiting for him. The doctor's office is near Ariane's appartment.
They all went for a nice stroll by the Saint-Lawrence river with Juliette and Gabriel sleeping soundly.

Mommy got flooded by memories of her old life when she used to work at the Rapids Park nearby.

No haircut for Gabriel this time, just good old fun.

Let me show you two clips of my summer party so that you can feel you were there!

A fourth haircut!!! (early May 2010)

You must have notice that Gabriel has a lot of hair!!! By the end of the blog you will see the transformation from Donald Trump to cute little boy.
Ariane, mommy's cousin, gave him his 4th haircut as he turned 7 months old!

It has been a quiet week for a change. We visited Mamie and Papie and got to swim in the hot tub and go to the park.

We saw Carson and his mommy by sheer luck as they arrived a few minutes later!

We discovered that Carson wants to kill the ants as I want to save them! We both like to go on the swing and play with cars.

Tante Stephanie played with me,

while Mamie pushed Gabriel on the swing. Mommy's job was to keep Chloé the dog, off the sand. She goes bananas when she is in the sand (apparently).

Both mommy and daddy soaked with us in the hot tub.

Who needs a pool, a hot tub is way better!

Charlotte came to have supper at our house with grand-maman and grand-papa. Can you see that we both adore her?

Gabriel after his haircut! Mommy likes it this way and grand-maman likes it longer!

Lucky Gabriel, he got to hang out with Juliette, 3 months old, Ariane's daughter, as I was hanging out with grand-maman at the park (I have a very good life)!
